Like THIS One ...taking on Three of THE Most Successful of the Big Predatory Cats surviving in Africa (Population above 500,000) as is The Spotted Leopard… and WINNING. Bear in mind that even though the Average Leopard is relatively small by “Big Cat” Standards… it can bite and hold onto a 300 Lb Kill and then drag it backwards up to the top of Trees.

Meanwhile the Honey Badger will also defend itself with amazing ferocity, shielded by an Ultra Thick Pelt, Razor Sharp Teeth and Powerful Jaws… and if it gets the chance, it will bite off their genitalia and then rip them open at their Bellies from underneath:

A Honey Badger is a relentlessly powerful Hunter and Killer and can eat 25 Feet of Cobra Snakes … Per Day ...even after being bitten and envenomed by them. It is virtually immune to Bee Stings from the Most Aggressive African Bee Nests. Take note that MOST of the NOISE going on here ...was being made by The Badger… an Incredible Animal ...with a "CBS" Attitude **** :>)

The Most Dangerous Game is a classic short story by Richard Connell about a man who finds himself hunted for sport on a remote island. It's a thrilling read that delves into the dark side of human nature and survival.

Ahhh ... Great... (Spoilers)

Yeah... Read this Story in my 7th Grade English Class ...60 or so years ago...Or was it in the 6th Grade? Hmmm. Anyway...Thusly, (deliberately) alluded to in this "Thread Title". The problem with what is being explained here is that the Cruel Cossack, Count Zaroff... Never faced an African Honey Badger on his little island.

It would have been a mistake for him to drop his guard after he'd spied his "Human Prey" trying out a feeble attempt at a Dead Fall Tiger (Man) Trap and then sitting down upon a fallen log like he did in the Story to take a rest, drawing things out for The Doomed Big Game Hunter, Robert Rainsford... while toying with him and, "smoking a scented cigarette and humming a few bars from 'Madame Butterfly'..."

Any full grown Male Honey Badger determined enough would have taken him quicker than any of those Waylaid, Drunken, Starving Ship-Wrecked Sailors imprisoned and hunted for sport on that Ship-Trap Island. Same thing with its Cousin... The North American Wolverine. Many a Hunter has found himself out and about, tracking it far out into the Deep, Snow Bound Woods looking for IT along his raiding areas of Trap Lines and instead... wound up becoming...THE HUNTED. Think I'm Kidding? THIS is a Dangerous, Fearless and Tireless Animal that is ALWAYS Hungry... and can track down, bring down and Kill a Full Grown Moose!



For anyone interested... Here is the 1932 Movie by the same name with Joel Maccrea playing Rainsford and Fay Wray, as the Blonde Love Interest here just as with her role vs. the Giant Gorilla in the Original Movie "King Kong":
