Two missing bolts? (Pics)

I'm pointing with my finger to two areas I found bolts missing. One picture is behind the alternator under the fuel lines. The other is where the wiring is near the fan/shroud. Please let me know how I can figure out what types of bolts are needed because I believe there's different metals they are made out of? I'm sorry to sound stupid on this but I want to replace whatever appears to be missing correctly. Additionally, if there's any specific functions I would expect to not be correct with these bolts missing in case they are supposed to have something else attached etc, please inform me. Thanks! I'm not sure if they're simply to secure something or if the one behind the alternator for example is a grounding bolt of any type.

The first one is for the fan clutch connector to hold it in place. It uses a push type plastic retainer there.

The second one I'm not sure of as I don't have it on my 07. If it's like the similar one on mine for the wire loom, it's likely for a retainer for the fuel line.

I haven't totally figured out what it was but I'm leaning towards what you said about a fuel line support. I have been through so many engine overview images sent to me on this site and it doesn't seem to be anything that is causing harm and all of my lines and harnesses are secure one way or another so we can close this out. Thanks much! Side note I didn't have easy access to the plastic retainer clips for the wire harness for the fan clutch but I didn't like that it wiggled around in the shroud so I zip tied and called it good.
