I have a tan cargo shade for sale, my dog jumped on top of the cargo shade and I had to take the cargo shade apart and re-glue the shade to the bar. The cargo shade doesn't seem to want to re-tract as I forgot to spool the spring, so you will need to be re-spool. No tears or rips. $120 plus shipping.
