I have An 02 tb 4.2 I recently changed spark plugs and cleaned throttle body. I now have a rough idle only when the climate control is on. It doesn't matter if it is heat,a/c, or defrost. Th.e idle issmooth when all is off

Did you remove the throttle body and clean the back? Drive around for an hour or so to allow the PCMforless to relearn the new behavior of the throttle body?

added - use Delco 41-103 plugs?

I did remove the throttle body and the gunk on it was pretty heavy before I cleaned it and I used the 41-103 plugs. It may have been fough before I did the tune up and didn't notice.been driving it for about 2 weeks. Since tune up. At least 1 hour to and from work. No check engin light coming on. I have a video of the tach when it does it and when it doesn't , I will try and post

Did you perform the TB relearn after you hooked the battery back up? You must do this.

Unhook NEG battery cable
Remove harness from TB
Perform cleaning
Attach TB harness
After 30 min of having the battery unhooked, reattach NEG terminal.
Turn key to ON with all the dash lights on. DO NOT START AND DO NOT TOUCH GAS PEDAL TB will perform series of noises during this time.
Leave key ON for about 5 minutes. Do not turn key off.
Start engine DO NOT TOUCH GAS PEDAL let idle for 10 min.
Drive around for awhile, get beer.
