I have a 2002 trailblazer LT and the passenger side seat belt retractor is locked up ?. How do I get to the retractor and how hard is it to "unlock" it ?, and do I have to worry about the airbag. I think it's the "child-restraint" feature that's causing the problem but I can't find a diagram or video that shows how to fix this .... and the seat belt is useless, since it will not extend out ...... so any ideas ?.
