I tore one when I was replacing the axle shaft. I haven't found anyone that sells a replacement boot, and not the whole tie rod end link... The aftermarket ones don't seal up very well either.

Anyone know where to get one?

Thanks

Many people have asked over the years. I never heard of a vendor offering one. Just get a new one and keep the old for a trail spare if you're an offroader. Or live with the tear, and be ready to swap it if and when it loosens up.

How about a pick-a-part yard? To take the tie-rod off, take the nut off and just hit the knuckle right at the tie rod mount like in this video. Haven't used a pickle fork in 20 years. Vibration just breaks it loose. Also works on ball joints.
