That is simply badass! I have (1) 15" sub in a 7ft3 box tuned to 28Hz in my home theater. I can only imagine what (2) 18s will sound like in the truck. Holy crap!

All lit up and joe is voltage matching the amps,
Now unfortunately we didnt anticipate the amount of flex in the lid, so hind site being 20/20 i had to pull the lid run a brace down the middle of the port between the subs and then double face the lid, the single face was flexing so much i let the magic smoke outta the amp on the passenger side so for now its crippled and only running on one amp, should be back up and BANGIN in a few days... thank god for warranty,
So next is the big 3 with some 0awg build my ultra cap banks(2 banks of 6) and to build an amp rack off of the back of the box to house all 4 amps...
more pics as i progress! later nation!

man this chit BANGS!!! and i only heard the burp with one amp... something is definitely going to break in the back there... whether its the factory welds, being an XL, his rear windows, or the plastic valance where the 3rd brake light is housed... that chit was moving today.. and it was only on one of the amps...

can't wait to hear it at its full potential bro...

I'm guessing it'll be the rear glass, the "port" is aimed right at it.

i say itll either be the 3rd brakelight or the little pieces of plastic that follow behind the rear glass going vertically above the taillights

The amp rack is going between the seat and and box, and there is NO WAY you wqnt that much air pressure blowin at the back seats, for SPL the port is meant to go back in this particular setup i was told by my boss at B's i should flop the box and put the port at the bottom firing back and it will increase the preassure by circulating it up and around but i think im fine with it the way it is and thanks everyone, gonna start the big 3 and the cap banks this weekend then its time for the amp rack and facia boards to cover it up nice and clean... couple more weeks i guess

Dayuuummm.:eek: That's some juice there Yahoo Serious.

I was questioning the thought of 18's but with the port rear-facing it should work well. I think the whack on the back of the seat should be quite a wallop. Generally the sound wave doesn't come back together in such a short distance but apparently it does in this case.

I'm curious as to how long the ground wires are coming from under the alternator? Just questions..hope you don't mind as this was a big hobby of mine and still is but I don't mess around with this as much.

I definitely want to hear (feel) this.

Well i havent done much of anything to the system as of late i am building some hold down brackets to keep the box in place... with the extra power the box moves around like a ping pong ball! I am in the process of mapping out my door pods, just gotta choose my tweets to finish them off and get the 3.5" for the dash. And to those in mecca running s2 my buddy is running a trunk car over 149 db

Well not exactlypart of the setup technically, but its meant to protect the system.
Compustar 6000 alarm remote start, 2 way remotes with 1 mile range, and new for this year the compustar FT-RPS touch keypad, the keypad allows you to page the 2 way remote, or enter a 4 digit code that, unlock and disarms the alarm without the need of the remotes, and if you hold the red touch button it will lock and arm the alarm also, so you can leave your keys in the car if you are at the beach or an amusment park or whatever... Pretty slick setup

3rd row gone and all 0awg ran

Of all the awesomeness in this thread, THIS is the mod I want to do most to my own truck!! (minus the extra wiring)

It will make things so much easier not having to mess with the 3rd row seats when I need extra space, and have to move my box around, since it would fit real nice in that pocket right behind the 2nd row seats.

Well i got the itch and some spare time so i decided to start running wire, got the drivers front door ran with 3 runs of 14awg speaker wire, a new set of rockford tweets, and made a new boot for the wires, i used rubberized hot glue to seal the loom up and to seal the factory boot where the loom goes through on both the door side, and the car side
