Like the title says , I can not turn the butterfly without the key , but once it starts to trim 1/8-1/4” the keys can come out and I can continue to start without they ! See the video if you do t understand. Is my key just that worn or do I need a new ignition cylinder ?

It could be either. If you have a less used spare key, try it and see if it does the same thing. If that key stays in, then the key is worn. If it also comes out, then the cylinder is worn.

But as long as it still works, I wouldn't worry about it. If you have to change the cylinder, you'll wind up with two keys; one for the ignition and another for the door.
