Is this amount of differential play normal?

I assume it is, but I just wanted to check.

All I'm doing is rotating one wheel back and forth and letting the other one just spin along for the ride.

Looks normal to me. This is how you check the G80:

I figured it was normal but just wanted to check. My old ZR2 blazers had G80s and they always served me well. I was a little disappointed this TB has an open diff, until I felt how much power it has and now I'm thinking thats probably for the best. I do wish I had the money to put a trutrac in 7 years ago though, that would have been a really good upgrade. Oh well.
