I'm a DIEHARD Pontiac fan....

So I hope this is true, but it says it's fake, but why would GM spend that much money on something that is fake???

Plus 2026 is the 100 year anniversary of Pontiac... So the year of rebirth... Pontiac's emblem is a Phoenix after all.

In the latest Car and Driver magazine, on the inside of the back cover, there is a Pontiac ad complete with "Screaming Chicken." Is Pontiac coming back?

Lotsa folks are making the assumption that GM bought that advertisement.

You guys see a GM logo anywhere on it? I don't.

I don't think GM had anything at all to do with that ad. Someone in the aftermarket, or maybe the magazine publisher as a late "April Fool's" prank placed the "ad".

GM certainly wouldn't want to reopen that wound. Lots of people are still pissed over it. At the dealership, someone had put up a "in memoriam" board behind the advisors with Pontiac, Oldsmobile, Saturn on it. It was taken down by management. I would have told them that Saab and Holden were missing.
