Apparently the spring that holds my fuel door closed has taken a vacation...
I was thinking of going with an AMI billet door...seems they fit the TB and Envoy but not the other GMT's such as my Rainier...
What's the difference in the doors? Anyone have an idea?
I know the GM part number is different for the TB vs the Rainier but never noticed a TB being different....

More than likely, they are all the same. Certain models, like your Buick and my Saab, get dropped from listings for certain parts. Maybe because they are not considered "trucks"?

I'll bet the Olds Bravada is also not on the list.

I'd thought that too but after seeing the GM part number was different I really wondered...
Idk if the curve of the body is maybe different... don't know anyone with a TB to compare

Probably such a slight difference you won't see it next to each other, but try to mount it and it will stick out like a sore thumb! Just watch.

But... if the door is OK and you just need the spring, then who cares, just use it as a donor part for yours.

That's what I'd be worried about..sticking out like a sore thumb...I can get an OEM one for half the price... like the look of the AMI though in black..
