Wipe new looks good and works well just a little patience needed! And I would put a chevy bowtie or some decals on your radiator cover. I'm jealous because I don't have one!

I did it originally in red, but I got sick of it really quick since my Envoy is polo green. So I ended up going lemon lime. I did the battery case a different color just to keep it from being all green. View attachment 30562

Change is good, needs a lil bit more yellow IMO.

maybe the top where the vortech 4200 logo is, make that yellow and have a contrast.

I have a K&N intake so the airbox from mine is completely removed, thinking about painting the entire valve cover. Will probably be a later mod, looks good though!

Any advice on how to best degrease / clean the engine and engine bay? Such as ..

Disconnect battery?
Protect / cover anything ? (PCM . Alternator .. etc?)
What not to do .. ? (like dont use a firehose .. )
tips or tricks ?

Any insight would be appriciated?

Run the engine and spray it! Make sure the engine isnt too hot or the block might crack
Avoid spraying sensors or getting it into your airbox (you can still spray them just dont go overkill is what im trying to say)
If you wanna play it safe a bucket and a sponge with warm water and soap works too and then run the engine while you hose down the soap
