Correct Running temp for 2006 5.3?

Just like the title says, anybody know the correct running temp for a 5.3? I'm running at 194 and i just want to make sure this isnt too cold. I can replace the thermostat if need be.

I've just got a couple slashes on my 9-7 guage. it's just a half of a needle thickness to the right of the center slash fwiw.

Typically your guage will default to 210-220 but if you scan it you will fine a true number closer to what your seeing. I still have the stock thermastate in mine and even at -40° my TB can still maintain operating temp.

195° is the official number your looking for when hooked up to a scan tool. Really 190°-200° is not uncommon.
