Hi Everyone,

As I sit here in the park, enjoying the beautiful weather a question comes to mind.

I am curious to find out how long is it safe to sit listening to the radio running off the battery? Assuming a factory BOSE radio and a properly functioning of the battery and charging system; how long is safe to run the radio before being having to worry about being able to start the truck?

Odd question, I know but I am curious to hear thoughts, ideas, opinions. Have a great day and enjoy this weather if you can.

It would probably depend on several factors like battery age, capacity, type (classic vs. AGM), how loud you play the music. If you're really worried about it, you could carry one of those small new Li-Ion booster packs in case you run down your battery.

Other than that, I have no clue.
