Which PCM tune would you guys reccomend?

Hey guys, ive been looking into the PCM4less tuning. Im just wondering which one you guys would reccomend, or what you think the right tune for me would be.
Ive got a 2003 TB EXT i6. 140,XXX miles. No aftermarket engine parts.
Any info or feedback you guys have is much appreciated. -Also: I drive the truck every day, is there something that i need to send away that makes the truck un-drivable?? Thanks in advance for the help

Check pcm's site. They have a loaner program so you can drive while they tune yours. Before anyone can help you might want to tell us a little more of what you're looking for from a tune.
