Welders in the DFW Area?

Is there anybody in the DFW area that is a good welder? I am wanting to learn about welding sometime possibly this summer and I have a few projects that will require some strong welds but I definitely cannot afford the costs of a fabrication shop. Thanks!

All the welders I know are big drinkers.

It would probably be cheaper to take a class at a local technical college, than offering to trade beer for teaching you how to weld.
