I have one of these in the garage. Maybe I should sell it to the highest bidder. :lipsrsealed::lipsrsealed:

That's an awesome idea!!! Anyone in the plastics industry that might be willing to do this???
I move heavy machinery for a living and I move injection molding machines quite a bit for plastics companies. I may just have to ask a few of them if that is something that they might be interested in doing.

I thought about fab'ing one just by measuring the dimensions of the opening but I think it would be easier having one on hand.

I guess I will just keep hoping that someone who has an extra one will sell it to me.......or maybe someone is sitting on a huge stash of these and will sell to all of us!!!

Nada. I've called just about every dealer in western Washington.... All say the same thing.... No stock available.

I'm half tempted to head down to the local makerspace and see if someone can 3D print it.

Ask whatever dealer you call to check with GM Vintage parts. Thats where I have to get parts for my 90's cars. Althou not really "vintage", Its where they send their obsolete NOS parts.

These Hitch Covers have been discontinued for more than a year now. Last time this came up we had an inside guy at GM do a search...He found less than 10 nationally, listed in inventories. If you are lucky to find one, BUY IT!!!

Out of curiosity do these just clip on or can you lock them in place?

Mark, I had the GMC cover; it was all plastic, the back side slid into the 2" receiver and there were two plastic bumps that popped into the hitch pin holes, that was all that held it in place. I took it out in the winter, so if I backed into a snow bank I would not break it.
