YouTube's been supporting 360 video's for a while now... you can still get a feeling for it without the "phone face mount" if you have an android device, just move it around and pretend it's attached to your head... or use your mouse to look around if you're on an old fashioned computing machine (PC)

I must add that Youtube's 360 feature is only available on Chrome on desktops.
