This video sure seems to show that it does.

My next oil change in the TB I'll be using it. Noticed some varnish on the VVT gear inside the oil filler hole. Might help with the uneven compression I had a few years ago while I was chasing the slight misfire.

Lake Speed Jr., from Speediagnostix.com, has several videos showing the advantages of R&P from Valvoline. He had a hand in the development of R&P. Speediagnostix also does oil analysis with a much more detailed report than Blackstone.

I have been using R&P in my own vehicles and anything I work on in my driveway. I have not done the compression tests but have had 2 of my customers, that actually pay attention, tell me of a smoother idle. R&P works, without a doubt.
