Vacuum connector broken,,,, ideas for fix?

Cleaned the Throttle Body this afternoon (now) and the first thing that happens...

So I look at the surfaces and find it may have been glued in the past:

Any idea on cleaning and connecting again would be appreciated

JB Weld FTW. (Are we even allowed to use "FTW" in 2013, now? It might have been on one of those New Year's lists of forbidden phrases like "kick the can down the road.")

Apparently ran out of JB on the last project the SIL did on his car... off to the auto store.
