The P1481 means there's possibly a short in the wiring for the fan clutch. Check for frayed wires between the clutch and the plug.

The rest are communication problems in that one or more modules are not communicating to the system. The U1064 may indicate a problem with the ignition switch being a problem, which is a fairly common issue.

Agree with Matt ...

These are Trouble Codes for a Break Down in Communications on the Single Wire, Class 2 Network of a 2008 Chevrolet Trailblazer 4.2L vehicle... and THIS Mechanic covers his EXCELLENT Diagnostic and Repair approach in the following 30 minute Video that may prove very useful in this case.

Having the Proper Electronic Diagnostic Tools (GM Tech 2, Autel Tool, DMM and Lighted Pin Probe) allows this Man to carefully run ALL of these Odd UXXXX Codes to ground. I'm also Suggesting to everyone that Downloading and Keeping THIS Video in your "Mechanic's Video Library" will eventually pay off during such similar Module Failure Troubleshooting Issues:

This is a great demonstration of the complexity of the modern vehicle electronic systems. If a mechanic does not have training in this area, troubleshooting will be hit and miss, and expensive for the customer.
