i have a 2005 trailblazer 4.2 liter, for some reason unknown when at a stop light my truck just shuts off out the blue. I start it up and doesnt occur for another month or so. Is it a timing problem? something electrical? no check engine light comes on....it starts up right away. Any useful advice isgreatly appriciated thnx.

Welcome! If you've never cleaned your throttle body, it's often a miracle and cheap cure for erratic idle. Especially if you don't have any problem when the AC is turned off.
