NEED HELP Trailblazer 2007 Fuel injector

So my father is gonna change his car and he saw this 2007 blazer but the guy refuses to sell it without fixing the problem in his car, the problem is in the fuel injector, he said he ordered the parts from amazon and this is the one he ordered, so will this work on a 2007 middle eastern trail blazer? (KSA Version) for reference. The guy ordered from ebay before and ebay gave him wrong parts, so i dont want the same thing to happen. Any help please, thanks a lot!

Which engine? The Amazon listing erroneously says it's for both the 5.3 and 4.2 which is false. The ones pictured look correct for the 4.2. Should be the same parts for NA and KSA versions.

Also have to say that with these trucks, the injectors are rarely at fault.

Its a i6 4.2L engine. Not sure how he broke it or if its a engine head problem but the guy did computer test and results say the injector no. 4 is the issue, and the car usually strutters when its at idle, also when at low rpm/picking up speed. The amazon listing says its a 2002-2004 model, my question is if the 2004 and 2007 models used different injectors or this part shud be fine for the 2007 model?

Maybe not. ACDelco says only one part number fits on the 07 and results for aftermarket ones are mixed. Majority say that they should fit.
