Ticking Noise when started and throwing code P0130

Hello Everyone,

I have a 02 Envoy that is making a ticking noise when started and goes away after about 30 seconds. The SES light is on and throwing code P0130. Any advice on the matter would be great? I recently changed my water pump and fan clutch and now this issue has started.

Do you have any maintenance history on it? How many miles are you at? How long have you owned it? P0130 the most common issue is the O2 sensor.
