Is this front end custom? It looks like the center portion was just chopped out to make an aftermartket 06-09 grille fit.

A couple of people have done this mod, I wanted to do it myself. You'd buy this aftermarket 06-09+ LT grille
And then take your crossbar and cut the ends off to size. Fairly simple to do, then if you planned to keep a bumper cover, you'd have to swap that from an LS to an 06-09+ LT or SS bumper cover to account for the dip in the center. And then paint, of course.
