Think I goofed my order up

I just took these out of the box and they appear to be "outside the strut" spacers,...can anyone confirm or deny,...are these the wrong front lifts ?

So on this kit, lift is acheived by spring compression, wouldnt that make for harsher ride,.where as the outside spacer would retain oem stiffness,..are there pros and cons to either method?

Outside the strut lifts are known as "death lifts". @HARDTRAILZ may chime in to say why they are so bad. If you can, send it back.

Yes i can send it back, of course this will delay things as i was getting ready to tear into thiscproject tomorrow, but bettercto be patient and do it right.

Several people that have come to us with the outside lift on a 4WD have ended up removing them due to binding on the front CV joints. They are easier to install though they still compress the springs a little.

While the outside strut lift may retain a factory ride, it may also lead to $100s and $100s of damage to the CV, ball joints, splined disco and failures that may result in death.
