I'm smack in the middle of being middle aged, and enjoy the music that is from what is known as 'The Great American Songbook'. I also enjoy (some) popular music from about 1970 to 1985, and I'm gaining a real appreciation of classical ochestral music - I enjoy music written by Rimsky-Korsakov, Beethoven, Copeland, Mahler and many others.

well i'm not a fella, but hopefully it's still ok for me to post in here.

I love music period (all kinds... except country). but my favorite is rap/hip hop and r&b.

i've gone through a few favorite artists/groups but i especially love Cunninlynguists. They are not a commercially known group. They are great lyricists with many great beats. They are from the south but not your typical southern rapper.
