Support here for 1989 GMC Sierra?

Hey y'all,

What better place to ask about the Sierra Platform than on the Technical discussion thread?

My son has the '89 truck and has had his share of challenges. I suggested he sign up and post what he's up to, but he's afraid there aren't any answers to be found for 'his old truck.' My reply, "join and find out." He has taken auto tech courses, so he's very capable to break things like many of us

Let me know... is there depth to the '89?

I have had an 88, 97, 02, 12, and 13 Silverado/Sierra over the years. I am not claiming to have a wealth of knowledge, but I do know the trucks.
