They are also high beam capable so the should be brighter than my stock ones with the hids and with a much wider span

My tap wrench should be delivered on Friday, if the USPS doesn't lose that shit too... Then I can get back to working on those mounting brackets for my projectors.

To feed the UPS frustration they delayed my Amazon Prime 2 day shipment of a water filter because Tuesday they forgot to put it in the truck and left it sitting on the dock in Columbus :duh:

Long story short, FedEx, UPS, or USPS will not do anything if they have a delivery confirmation.

If they show confirmation and it says left at front door they own it.

Out of things to mod on the Mustang for now...but my mod bug is going wild on other peoples GMT's. Doing the low beam HIDs on my brothers truck the other day, gonna do high beams and 4-hi mod soon to it. Now sometime in the next few days I'm supposed to do the 6-hi diode mod to a friends 04 Tahoe

I helped out a few... think we did 5 or 6 lifts at my house in a weekend a couple years back. Even took over a neighbors garage and had Bartons welder plugged in through my 2nd story window.

What'd be the best paint to use for the center armrest, considering it's a lot softer than most of other interior plastics & etc. and the fact that it has a lot of contact with your arm. I'd like to paint it, have before, but never lasts

I would just recover it with black vinyl bro. It would be pretty easy.
I know VHT & Duplicolor makes vinyl spray for interiors, is one better than the other?

:iagree: Either wrap it in vinyl, or get some vinyl dye, I've heard from other members here, that stuff works really well for the interior panels. I don't know how the dye holds up to the constant elbow rubbing over time. If it's etching dye, it soaks into the material, which is what you want instead of it just sitting on the surface. That could possibly be the one problem with a wrap, after an extended period of time, having a worn spot.

That's the issue with doing anything to the center console armrest, the likelihood of a faded spot over time

you will be way better off just wrapping it in black than dying or painting it. but you will need a heat gun, so do it at my house next weekend lol
