If they would have been smaller, like a single beam, I would have suggested the stock location. Some have put projector type in there. I was supposed to put some stock ones instead of the filler grills by gluing cut out sections of the pocket from an old bumper onto the back of the bumper in the pocket after cutting out the grills. Just haven't been able to get around to it.

I was thinking about getting one of these just for the reason of additional lighting.. Need all the help I can when getting to the cabin late... Lots of critters up there.

I have two PIAA LP530 fog lights mounted on a Westin light bar. Pricey but excellent quality. The LP530 is a 9-watt LED light and because of its low power consumption, I can simply wire them in to the existing fog lights and they all come on with the same switch. At only 9-watts per light, no additional relays are needed if you have the factory fog lights installed. They take careful aiming because they can be blindingly bright if aimed too high. (Most people aim their fog lights too high, and I see a lot of cars where the owners are trying to use fog lights as driving lights.) They should only come on with the headlights on low beam.

Not a good picture because it’s nighttime, but I mounted these on the inside mounting bracket of the GM SPO Envoy Bull Bar. They look great and light up the road when I’m out there alone!5740B19A-DDBC-4D4B-A54B-33CC49C9E7A8.jpeg

88959519 Impossible to find at this point! (Update it is still available under P/N 12497930).

Perhaps the mounting points and structure sheds light on the attachment strategy. Its all steel frame with brushed aluminum bar across hood line with steel frame covered with plastic. You can easily push vehicles with it.

It was a PITA to install in 2010, but it’s still in place, and looking as good or bad as ever ( My daughter hates it!)

Looks like it was also a possible factory option? Z88?

I would say not, I visited Morraine and Oklahoma city many times, they couldn’t put that bar on in the plant. Guess a dealer can do what they want but it won’t be on a VIN
