Suggestion: Edit Button

Is there a way we can get a Edit button that stays there and dosn't dissapear after so many days/posts? I find myself wanting to edit some posts and when I go to edit the post the EDIT button isn't there. Which makes me have to doubble post.... Basically like ORTBs Edit Button.

It's a policy decision, similar to many (if not most) other forums. Allowing edits too far into the past can (with the nature of some threads - not all) destroy the flow of the conversation and allow revisionist history.

If you have something that truly should not have been posted, like a cell number that you want to keep private, just hit the "report post" button and let the mod team know what needs to be edited. We can do it at any time.
