So here i am on the way up to camp last weekend for a last of the season deer hunt. Friend in his Honda Passport always stops to go over the gravel hill at around mile 15 on forest road 18. My turn, I stop for a brief moment and then I start to dig in, wheel spinning and digging for gold. The Michelin LTX MS 2's weren't letting me go up the bunny hill. Had to back up a make a second run to get up and over. Unbelievable and funny!

Sorry on late reply, just back from work.

Was in 4X4, had in on all 15 miles up the logging road, keeps you from going over the edge, a long way down the hard way in some spots.

Sounds like you just need a better tire type for that lol.

Bette tires, and G80 displayed in the glove box would be nice too, I'm missing both.

The tires are super on the the road, wet, dry and snow, where the truck spends majority of time and why I got them, just weak on the back roads for hunt and gold prospecting weekends.

I wonder how mine would do there. I don't have G80 either but do have all terrain tires, so it could be an interesting test in both 2WD and 4WD :undecided:

I haven't had many issues off-road with my ATs.

Maybe not, though I was out on SAR missions loaded with people and gear.
