I bought this TrailBlazer on February 15, 2013 from Spurgeon Chevrolet in Wooster, Ohio with 48.5K miles on the odometer. It had fresh brakes and brand new Goodyear Fortera HL tires on it along with a handful of new bulbs and minor rear bumper work. View attachment 32782 At the time I was a senior at Ohio Northern University and by the time I got back to my house in Ada, Ohio it was filthy from driving through a few minor snow squalls.

Thanks! I grew up in Medina County so I know the area rather well. I live in Clark County now about 7 miles west of Springfield, Ohio.

I ordered a set of Weathertech floor liners for the front and back rows and installed a K&N stock replacement filter to replace the original.
In April 2013, the front wheel bearings started to get noisy and I installed a set of Timkens.
I replaced the Autotrak-II fluid as well and fixed the sagging rear door seals. View attachment 32783

I've also done a little towing too.

From my Dad's house in Medina, I picked up the trailer around there because he gave me a couch.

I used to have a 94 S10, I picked up a few parts for it. View attachment 32786
The trailer had a 20ft tilting deck and was a car hauler, its since been sold.

What was left of an uprooted crab apple tree from July 2012, I think we had a F-0 tornado. I used 4 Lo to pull it.

Updates:

Currently about 77K miles on the clock. It seems I have a leak in the power steering hard lines on the driver's side of the frame, its a slow leak but the left front suspension has a (protective) covering of oil so I need to get a set of lines and get them changed. On my to do list for this year is finally chase why my map lights DON'T work while my dome lights DO work. Install a trans cooler and new trans filter and fluid. New tires and maybe on a new set of wheels, I don't like my N75 wheels and it's my least favorite of the 17" wheels that came on the TBs. Tires I've already picked out are the Cooper Discoverer AT3 due to their higher weight capacity, traction and better design for how I actually use my Trailblazer, Goodyear Fortera HLs suck once the temperature drops below 50*F, on wet pavement and soft surfaces, and I think I've overloaded them with towing. Plus I got stuck once, a little high centered actually.

Aftermath of getting stuck

YES, I did rinse most of it off and did claybar it afterwords.

Got a small utility trailer that has worked really well with the TB, here is a load of 8mm laminate flooring, about 27 cases, it was HEAVY

Small trailer is going to need a little work, added tie downs, fix some welds, repaint with truck bed liner and maybe add brakes but its serving well and hauls my zero turn great. It's 10'x6.5' and with it being a little on the shorter side and with the short wheelbase of the Trailblazer (I think of it really as a successor to the K5) its a little tricky to back up but its doable.

Oh yeah, right front door speaker is blown, well no bass from it, I have Bose and it seems like its more of a pain in the ass to get rid of it than what it would be worth, plus it actually sounds really decent for a stock audio system in a Chevy so I think it would be better to just replace the blown driver.
