Ok, as an update, finally getting a chance to type on an actual computer. The average temp outside has been sub zero for the last 5 days. I started driving in 4High with some 4Low getting in and out of the driveway, I typically would drive in 2High
I cleared the codes when they first showed and all 4 came right back. The next day I waited until the truck was warm and cleared the codes and they didn't come back until I let the truck got cold again.
When cold, after about 3 min (sitting at a train) P0171 showed up, about 5 min later P0017 and then P0014 Showed up.
p2101 and p1516 haven't came back.
My mpg is down to just under 13mpg
