It's a 2007 Saturn, (LOL not a truck). Does anyone have the patience to help me troubleshoot a few DTC's. I installed a new BCM and Flashed it via acdelcotds.com. Tech2 diagnostic shows four DTC's.

Sometimes one misbehaving or defective module can affect the whole data bus. There is one test in the Tech 2 that will ping each module and give a pass or fail for each. If the whole network is borked, you might have to try and find the data bus main connector (or "hub") to isolate all the modules from each other by pulling the comb. Well, that's what we'd do on a truck but Saturn was a bit of a different animal and may not have one. Check the schematics or if you have a manual, it may have a troubleshooting guide for the U1000.

Here's the Tech2 display in the Diagnosis menu. Under status I see many No Comm. Does that mean that that module is not communicating with the Tech2? If not, what does it mean?

Looks like almost all of them are not communicating. Those that are, try pulling each fuse and see if they all come back. That would mean the one module or the radio is screwing up the network.

After replacing the BCM and programing according to the manual set-up and procedure, it still wouldn't crank. Additionally, other DTC's popped up.

Ran out of ideas so I decided to back track to the first things I did which involved swapping out the ignition switch. I removed it and lo and behold look what I found!

For anyone interested, look at the pics. Swapped it out again with the old one, did the re-learn procedure and....bingo! Car started right up.

Anyway I still dont know how to program the key FOBs. If anyone wants to help me out....please shine in. (Or do I have to post this in a different forum)?

I'll "Chime In" here and suggest that the information at this link will be Generic enough to work for your 2007 Saturn for Key Fob Programming:

How to Program 2006 Chevrolet Key Fobs using the “GYMKO” Tech 2 Clone (LOTS of Tech 2 Scanner Step-By-Step Screen Prints in this Tutorial.)

PS...

The Bar Code Data on your Key Chains are easily decodable with a Bar Code Reader App... jik you think you'll need to edit those two FUBARed Ignition Switch Images for the sake of your privacy and security...

Case closed...car runs like a charm, Fobs programmed, (however slightly different steps than the generic 2006 Chevrolet). My version of the procedure for a Saturn using a NANO, is attached as a pdf file for reference if anyone needs it. Thanks guys!!

When time permits... Would you please add a short New Post over at this "Additional Tech 2 Resources" Thread Link below and attach your *.PDF to it?
