For ALL Owners of GM & GMC Vehicles sporting the 5.3L Engines suffering from the Dreaded P0300 Random Misfire Code and the difficulty of running that issue to ground... Eric "O" from South Main Auto uses his Smoke Machine to find the source of an Unusual Vacuum Leak:

There is a Large Hole in the under side of the EGR Valve Gas Re-Circulation Corrugated Steel Flex-Pipe coming from the section that leads up from the Exhaust Manifold attachment point to the Bottom of the EGR where it Rusted, Corroded eventually gaping wide all the way through the Pipe:

Seen that video when it came out. Never even thought about it being a LS engine LOL..

Still a very good video, as usual, from SMA.
