First thing I did when I got the Trailblazer from my dad was to gut the audio equipment from my old 4Runner. I modded the sub box to hold 2 6X9's as well. Luckily, all the wiring from the 4Runner was long enough to be reused in the Trailblazer.

After that, I kinda sat on a pile of parts for awhile. Until I found a friend with a garage and lots of talent! We first put on MarkMc's 3in body lift.

A few days later, I was back at my buddies garage. This time to install MarkMc's 3in suspension lift, SMAXX end links, Skyjacker N8030 rear shocks and also flip and rotate the upper control arms.

Just before installing either lift, I bought an old set of Goodyear Territories (265/70/17LT) off of a guy on kijiji. Not long after getting the final lift installed, I got the Territories put on and thats how she sits today.

Thought I'd give a little update on my TB. I lost the transmission last month. I replaced it with a rebuilt unit with: (from the add... ALL NEW REYBESTOES CLUTHES STEELS BANDS AND SPRAGS, EVERY BUSHING IS REPLACED WITH CLEVITES AND IS LOCTITED IN PLACE, EVERY PLASTIC FACTORY ACCUMULATOR IS THROWN AWAY AND REPLACED WITH BILLET ACCUMULATORS, NEW HARDENED SUNSHELL, NEW CORVETTE SERVO, NEW EPC SOLENOID, NEW UNBREAKABLE PUMP RINGS, NEW COOLER LINE FITTINGS, AND A TRANSGO SHIFT KIT, AND SOLID RINGS THRUOUT)

I've also put a set of 255/75/17LT BF Goodrich all terrains on recently. I'll update the opening post with a new pic soon...

I love a well built machine! Who did the work on your transmission?

The rebuild was done by a shop called "only automatics" out of London Ontario. I got a local shop to do the install. They bastardized the install but that's another thread lol...
