Should I be concerned?

So I pulled the seat out of my truck for reasons unrelated. Any way under the seat were a pair of wires that had the ends cut off... I don't think there anything important, perhaps seat heat or something but I just want to like make sure that if I were to get into an accident that this isn't for like an air bag sensor or something lol. IIRC yellow is airbags?? Pic to follow.

Me, too. Sometimes around those years the switch would stick and cause a battery drain, maybe that why they're cut. Seatbelt light on the dash work?

It blinks for ten seconds then goes out.
