Wanted to be sure I get the right bushing for my 2006 GMC Envoy

Looks as if the parts suppliers carry Dorman and there are two of these 11055 11057 maybe these are Autozone numbers and each kit contains different parts. I don’t want the shifter cable coming loose again. Suggestions or input please need to source these today but wanted input from the site.

Thanks

Replying to my own thread need to correct part numbers in original post, could not find edit button..

The part numbers should have been 14055 and 14057 as reference repair kits.

Do the 14057. Both kits come with the same bushings, but the 14057 comes with the captive plastic retainers. Whether you need them or not, for a buck more, its worth getting "just in case" you do need them.

Yes I did that today but the instructions from Dorman are incorrect as it states that the clear plastic bushings are the ones for GMC but they are NOT it's the orange one with the captive insert your mentioned. The clear ones will not fit inside the shifter assembly. Much thanks for your input.

I found mine hanging on with a piece of wire and no bushing. Cut a piece of nylon 3/8 tube to slide over the pin and then put the wire back on. Works fine.

14055 and 14057... It's definitely the 14055. 14057 has three bushings where the two clear ones don't work. The orange one can be made to work but just get 14055 and it comes with the correct one that works as it should.
