Running board Compatibility

Hey guys. Does anyone know if the OEM running boards off of my trailblazer EXT will fit on a Envoy XL?

Me and hockeyman are trying to make a deal but were not sure if the boards will fit from my truck to his. Thanks a lot.

Also just to be sure.. The XL envoy is the same as the EXT Trailblazer, correct? Thanks again guys

The XL and EXT are the same extended length. I don't know if the parts are swappable. Checking part numbers on RockAuto Auto Parts or GM Parts at GM Parts East | Genuine OEM GM Parts might help.

FWIW the front and rear contours are different between the Trailblazer and Envoy.... or at least on the standard wheel base versions. Several years ago I got "assist steps" installed as part of a stone chipping TSB and ended up with Trailblazer parts on the Envoy. Since they were free I did some trimming so the steps wouldn't rub the paint. There's a similar difference in the front.

When we were in hilton head we parked next to an envoy denali xlt and the running boards looked like i could swap em over but i didnt try
