Rough country leveling kit, aftermarket strut assembly?

So quick question. I'm about to install a rough country 2 inch leveling kit on my 04 TB. I decided to replace the entire strut/spring assembly with a aftermarket one after I ran into some problems getting the nut off the strut. There shouldn't be any problem using the rough country spacer with the new strut/spring assembly correct?
