Replacing ball joints - Should I replace cv half shafts too?

My wife's Trailblazer has 190k miles on it. The ball joints are shot so I'm going to be replacing those as well as the end links this weekend. Should I swap out the cv shafts while I have everything apart? I don't notice anything that makes me think they are bad but I was thinking about doing it just because of their age.

I would not unless they are bad cause the stock are better than most replacements

No. They are usually pretty robust unless it's lifted or the boots are torn. But do check the disconnect's condition inside and maybe take it apart, clean the congealed grease out and add fresh grease to extend its life.
