rear sway bar link bolt snapped

I busted the bolt that holds the rear stabilizer bushing and bushing housing in place. Can I just bang that bolt out of the bracket or are there any tricks in removing it? I guess its pressing in somehow because the head of the part that is still attached to the bracket is round. Thanks for any help!
