Rear driver-side Door handle rod?

The other day my REAR driver side door started to not open from the inside (you could clearly hear the rod hitting the door when you tried), I took off the door panel a couple of nights ago but I can't seem to find where the rod should connect. Does anyone have a breakdown, pictures, video, or just personal experience with this?

Kind of it shows me it's supposed to go straight like that but I don't see exactly WHERE it's supposed to go as in the assembly it's supposed to go into..it is the handle btw not the lock.

I agree but it's storming like mad outside (look at the radar for north florida..we're getting pounded D:smile: and the garage is taken up, figured I'd see if anyone had a previous experience with this if not I'd be glad to do so and take pictures etc. once I'm able.

Rods are held by some plastic c snap clips. I had to replace door handle once and is pretty easy.

True enough,I told my wife's bro to move his car out of the garage and I had to use a mirror to actually see it but there's a red/orangish clip right below where the child lock and the actual lock rod goes and THAT's where it went, snapped in easy as pie.

Thanks folks
