Sorry I can't remember the exact message. But on two particular bumps on the streets/highways I hear a metal snapping noise from the upper rear of the TrailBlazer. Then the yellow rear hatch door light turns on and the display states something like rear door/hatch/access ajar. Now this metal snapping noise is real loud. Kinda startles a person. If I hit the right buttons (lower right hand side on the steering wheel) on the steering wheel the display message goes away.
Note that this happens on exactly the same bumps although occasionally elsewhere. Not on my usual route.
Granted this description is somewhat vague and this isn't a severe problem any ideas as to how to fix this?
