Rain sensor replacement?

Hey guys this may be a stupid question but where exactly is the rain sensor placed on the windshield? Ever since I cracked my windshield few months ago been wondering.

If any of u could snap a pic would appreciate it lol ! Rained yesterday and without the sensor the slower speeds for the wipers doesn't work. Only fast and super fast when the sensor is deattached! Thanks

Thanks man! Now I know why I never noticed it until I smashed my winshield lol! It was placed on the right side LOL

Yup, just make sure to use correct glue for it.

What kind? Mirror mount glue?

I read on the OS that it's supposed to be some form of gel. Guess the most important thing is that both glass and sensor is free from any old adhesive materials before it's reinstalled. And of course that the new adhesive is clear.

If you google it you'll also find that some rainsensors is attached with clear tape.

Yup got mirror mount glue from a hardware store and yeh it's gel material
