Quick HID question and Temp Control question

I ordered a pair of HID's however i got the 10k color. Is that too blue?

Second question. I wanted to change my temp control to the digital one (currently have the manual one). Is it an easy swap of the part or is it a more involved process. I see i can buy the digital control from ebay for about $60.

Only ONE member ever did it in my six years on trailvoy, and he had the factory shop manuals and the patience to wire up the eight sensors you need. And the blower speed control wiring and module is different. It is a MUCH more involved project than anybody else has ever wanted to tackle, and the member who posted his success never did a how-to document. If he did, he could have sold it. About the only things that don't change are the five electrical actuators in the ductwork. Good to ask before buying the module and just trying to swap it in.

Only you can really answer that, but as far as personal opinion, I don't don't like anything over 8000K. I have 6000K in the TB, love it, and 4300K in my Taurus, lots of light, not as cool appearance-wise.

In a lot of brands of hids 10k is less blue than 8k. 8k is a more dark blue and 10k is more of a light blue. 10k is the perfect color in my opinion. But every HID company is a lil different when it comes to color.
