Power every where except the plug in to the trans wiring harness

Ok so i have power when the key is on at the pink wire coming out of the pcm connector 1 position 75 its the only pink wire on connector 1 i have power only when the key is on at the clstr fuse #11 all though the wire schematic says it should always be hot I've chased wires from the plug on the trans to the plug by the fire wall.. those wires go through the fire wall into a block there isn't any broken wires on that circuit that i've found would a bad ignition switch cause this fuse to power up but not put power to the trans wires I am so lost

so my problem this whole time has been 5 wires chewed completely threw on the connector at the passanger side of the trans i repaired the wires and plugged the connector back in still nothing is it possible that i rotated the connector 180 degrees it looks possible im just not sure
