I apparently have a vac leak somewhere that cannot be found. (p0171) . also getting a P0449 code...awaiting the solenoid to fix that. back to the vac leak....almost everything I know of related to this has been checked/replaced except for the hose going from the purge solenoid to the throttle body.
I read somewhere where someone said that that hose being defective would not set a code, but since the TB definitely pulls a vacuum at that port, seems to be that it would be a problem-un metered air coming in to the system, right? or not...?
Thinking about just unplugging the hose, blocking the port on the TB and driving and see what the fuel trims do...thought not sure if I want the evap system venting vapor in to the engine bay.
