Plugs

Going to swap out plugs on a 09 Trailblazer with over100,000 miles,to the best of my knowledge they are the originals...Can anyone advise on what are the best replacement plugs to use and the plug gap?

I assume you have the 4.2L I6? Then it's ACDelco 41-103. No gapping required.
